Hynidase is an injection formulated with hyaluronidase. It is developed and produced by an Indian pharmaceutical corporation known as Shreya Life Sciences. Hynidase is available as lyophilized powder vials in a pack of 20.
What is it made of?
This injection is made of 1500IU of hyaluronidase, a hydrolyzing enzyme that breaks the chemical bonds in hyaluronic acid. Once injected, hyaluronidase alters the permeability of connective tissues, subsequently increasing the diffusion of localized exudates and injected drugs.
What are its uses?
Hynidase is mainly used to aid the absorption of injected medicines. It can be used in hypodermoclysis and subcutaneous urography. Hynidase is also used by practitioners to remove dermal fillers when the treatment results are not satisfactory.
How long do its effects last?
The duration of effects of Hynidase can be measured using half-life. On average, Hynidase has a half-life of 49 days (i.e. its plasma concentration will be reduced by half in 49 days).
